  • All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be added to the total cost.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, the price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we confirm your order.

  • All Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the Goods, we will inform you and refund any money paid.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an item in your shopping basket does not reserve the item or its price.

  • A contract between us will only be formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock).

6. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders straight after the payment. Any estimated delivery times are indicative only, and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • You will become the owner of the Goods you have ordered once they have been paid for in full and delivered to you.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order and return the Goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original delivery costs), provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
