Delivery Charges

• For international delivery (if applicable), shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Delivery Timeframes

👉 UK Express Delivery (if offered): Estimated 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

👉 International Delivery: Estimated 7 to 14 working days (subject to destination and customs clearance).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day of order confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Partners

We use trusted UK and international courier services, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or other reputable carriers depending on your location.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt fails and your package is returned to us:

• We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

• Alternatively, you may request a refund (minus any delivery and return costs where applicable).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

👉 We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders
